Q: Do you remove electrical light fixtures?
A: We ask that light fixtures be removed ahead of time, if possible.
Q: Will you repair the walls before hanging paper?
A: Yes, we always advise of major repairs and also prep the walls so they are smooth and ready for installation.
Q: Do you supply the paper?
A: Yes, we can help you select a paper, and purchase from one of our valued suppliers.
Q: Does the room need to be empty?
A: We ask that you provide our installation team at least 4-6 feet of working space from the walls to allow us to use our table and ladder.
Q: How many days does an install take?
A: Most accent wall projects take about 1-2 days depending on required repairs.
Q: Should the space be painted first?
A: Yes, we recommend that all painting in the space is done 2 weeks before hanging any wallpaper.
Q: Do you add any protective coating on top of the wallpaper?
A: We don’t apply any clears or coatings to the top of wallcoverings as it can damage the surface of the paper.
Q: Do you supply the adhesives?
A: We supply all the needed pastes/glues for your wallpaper installation.
Q: Will you remove any wall fixtures or shelves?
A: Yes we can assist with the removal of any wall fixtures and also put them back after our installation.
